2. What HamroDeal Is
HamroDeal is a price comparison and product discovery platform. We collect and display publicly available product pricing information from third-party online stores in Nepal including, but not limited to, Daraz, Hukut, Jeevee, NEO Store, GadgetByte, and Oliz Store.
âšī¸ HamroDeal is NOT a store. We do not sell products, hold inventory, process payments, or enter into any sales contracts with users. All purchases are made directly on the respective third-party store's website.
3. Price Accuracy Disclaimer
We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date pricing information. However, prices on third-party stores can change at any time without notice.

The actual price at checkout on the store's website is the final and binding price. We are not responsible for any price discrepancies between what is shown on HamroDeal and what is charged by the store.
4. No Liability for Third-Party Stores
When you click "View Deal", "Buy Now", or any similar link on HamroDeal, you are redirected to a third-party store's website. At that point, your transaction is entirely between you and that store.

- The quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any product listed or sold by third-party stores
- Faulty, damaged, defective, or counterfeit products received from any store
- Delivery delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect items shipped by stores
- Any disputes between you and the store regarding orders, returns, or refunds
- Any financial loss arising from purchases made via links on our platform
- The store's own terms, privacy policy, or customer service standards
